Character illustrations for a student housing company. We wanted keep the character young and fresh-faced rather than reference the more traditional characteristics of a gnome so the character was pared down to a pointy hat and boots. We also made the head in slightly three dimensional form so that, with the hat, it could also loosely resemble a house.
